Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice. Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential. pru14 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication for added security. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless there is clear evidence of unauthorized access without your knowledge, which must be reported to us immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring all information provided to pru14 is accurate and updated when changes occur. Users must also ensure their platform use complies with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Pru14 platform users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to access or interact with the platform without pru14’s written permission.
- Attempting to exploit any technical flaws, bugs, or errors in the platform system to gain unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account on your behalf.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the pru14 platform.
- Distributing harmful, obscene, or illegal content through any communication channel provided by the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or disable normal platform functions or supporting infrastructure.
Pru14 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating the above rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Currencies and Payment Methods
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the pru14 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept various local payment methods including online bank transfers via FPX, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and debit cards issued by Malaysian banks. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods you use are legally yours and authorized.
Deposit and Withdrawal Process

All content on the pru14 platform including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and source code are the exclusive property of pru14 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or reusing any platform content without prior written permission.
